Aloña Auzmendi Asurabarrena holds a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering from UPV/EHU, complemented by an academic period at Fachhochschule Emden (Germany). She is Advanced Manufacturing Director at Gestamp since 2019, leading the Flexible Manufacturing concept. Previously, she managed Engineering and Projects and led Greenfield projects in India and Poland. She began her career at BMW with the Z4.
